How do I find the right frame size?
Refer to our comprehensive size charts on each product page. We recommend measuring your standover height and reach for the most accurate fit.
Are Surly frames compatible with carbon forks?
While our frames are designed for our proprietary steel forks, many models are compatible with aftermarket carbon forks provided they match the headtube diameter and axle-to-crown measurements.
Do you offer complete bikes or just framesets?
We offer both. You can purchase a complete build ready to ride or a frameset to customize with your preferred components.
Where can I find my bike's serial number?
The serial number is typically engraved on the underside of the bottom bracket shell.
What is the weight limit for your touring racks?
Our front and rear racks are rated for up to 80 lbs (36kg) of evenly distributed cargo, depending on the specific model.
Can I run tubeless tires on stock Surly rims?
Most of our modern rims are tubeless-ready. You will need tubeless tape, valves, and sealant to complete the setup.
